James Carter

He has spent twenty-five years inside hundreds of leadership teams — work featured in CNN, CNN Money and Business Insider. On the mountain, that experience becomes a facilitator who can read a team in motion and turn a switchback into the conversation that changes them.

Where does it take place?
It starts in Denver, Colorado — where your team gathers — and heads into the Rocky Mountain backcountry west of the city. Denver is the gateway; the mountain is the classroom. Colorado only: this is a place-specific experience, not a program we take on the road.
Is there a minimum group size?
No — we’ve hosted teams as small as two. It’s built to be small and high-touch, two executives per Jeep. There is a minimum investment for the day regardless of headcount, which we share when you enquire.
When can we do it?
Roughly May through October, while the high country is open. We host a small number of executive teams each season, so dates are limited and arranged directly with you.
Do we need off-road experience or to be especially fit?
No experience required. Professional guides lead every mile, vehicles are provided, and the day is risk-managed throughout. It’s dramatic by design but safe and guided — the difficulty is relational, not athletic.
How much does it cost?
It’s an invitation, not a package, so there’s no public price. There is a minimum investment for the day, which we share when you start the conversation.
