The test drive · CEO only
Run the simulation yourself, before you bring the team.
The short answer
ELFS — the Executive Leadership Failure Simulation — is a solo, roughly 90-minute pressure simulation for the CEO. You're put under real executive pressure, then get an individual debrief and a written report showing exactly where you default to comfort over truth. It's the low-risk way to feel the diagnostic — on yourself first — before you ever commit the team.
What actually happens
About ninety minutes, start to finish. Three parts:
The simulation
You lead through a compressed, high-pressure scenario built to force the trade-offs real executive teams face. No theory — you make the calls, in real time, alone.
The debrief
An individual walk-through of what just happened — the moments you reached for comfort, the calls you avoided, the ones you owned. Honest, and specific to you.
The written report
A document you keep: where you chose comfort over truth, mapped to the five components of the Flag Model™ — so the lesson outlives the session.
Why feel it, instead of read about it
You already know the theory. What you can't know from a brochure is how you behave when the pressure is real and the easy answer is right there. ELFS makes that visible — not as a critique, but as data. Most CEOs leave having watched themselves do, under pressure, the exact thing they'd never sign off on in a calm room. That recognition is the whole point: you can't rebuild a discipline you can't see yourself losing.
It's also the honest way to evaluate the work. Before you put your executive team's time on the line, you experience exactly what that engagement feels like — on yourself, at low cost. You decide from experience, not a pitch.
What it costs
ELFS is a paid, productized entry point — deliberately low, because its job is to lower the risk of finding out. And it's never wasted spend: every dollar of your ELFS fee is applied toward your full team engagement if you decide to move forward. The test drive comes off the price of the car.
