Step one · before any retreat
Most retreats start with a guess and hope the activities land. Ours start with evidence. A live simulation — built from your own company's reality — surfaces exactly how your executive team coordinates and cracks under pressure. Then we design the retreat around what we actually found.

Behavior under pressure
What people actually do when the stakes are real and the outcome is ambiguous. Unfiltered, unrehearsed, and impossible to fake.
How it works
Pre-engagement interviews build a scenario from your real organizational context — and a private hypothesis about where your team will break.
Each leader works the crisis on their own device. Their decisions ripple into the shared scenario — so no two people face the same simulation, and everyone lives with the others' choices.
Every action is logged. Afterward, the full state is analyzed into individual and team reports — showing who does what when the pressure is on, in observable behavior, not theory.
Retreat-based · up to 10 leaders on individual devices · 90–120 minutes, facilitator-paced · debrief immediately after.
What it stresses
The scenario is engineered to stress the four failure modes of the Flag Model. The simulation surfaces which one is yours — and who behaves which way when it's under pressure.
Who actually decides — and what happens when no one will.
Whether the team keeps cadence, or scatters when it's hit.
What the team tolerates when the standard gets expensive.
Whether the team adapts from what's happening, or repeats it.
What you get
A trait-by-trait read on each leader, every finding backed by what they actually did in the simulation.
How individual patterns interact to produce collective breakdown — influence mapping, coordination, and the failure mode that's yours.
One lead-measure per person to change starting immediately — the same reinforcement engine behind everything we do.
Then — the retreat
The diagnostic tells us exactly what to build. The retreat is then engineered around your real fault line — not a generic team-building day. Evidence in, transformation out.
